SEO is a complex and specialized field, Business owners either A: don't have the time needed to dedicate themselves to get top listings, or B: Don't learn to do it right and/or waste money in misconceived ppc campaigns. It is more cost effective to get it done right. If you try to do it yourself, the money you are saving is less than what you would be making if you site was ranked well. I agree with your post. They would be those kind of keywords which will not be useful for your business at all.
