The 5 Critical Secrets To Making Money On MySpace…Guaranteed!
There are definitely some do’s and don’ts when it comes to making money on MySpace. I learned the hard way when I first started social networking. I thought I had struck gold and everyone wanted to buy my stuff right off the bat. I couldn’t have been more wrong but after learning some simple techniques I have been able to make thousands of dollars on MySpace.
I’m going to lay a basic foundation for you to follow which should really get you off to a fast and profitable start. So here goes:
You may or may not have heard of friend adder software to use on MySpace. Either way, I believe it is essential if you are planning on making money in the short term. The faster you can gather and add friends to your profile, the faster you build relationships, the faster you determine who is candidate for your products or services. Time is money and you risk wasting a lot of both by doing things manually.
In business, focus is everything! Find out who your target market is and add them as friends. These will be the people most likely to purchase your product. This is called working closest to the dollar. Making friends with people for the sake of friendship should be done another time, which leads me to my next point.
Do not get caught up in the minutia of social marketing or you will find yourself wasting a lot of time. If you decide that you want to do more socializing than marketing then set up a new account for that and set a time for those activities. If you have a product or service that you want to offer that is unrelated to your target market, I recommend setting up another profile for that product or service.
Stay on message. If you are promoting dog supplies on MySpace then it is okay to introduce cat supplies or other general pet supplies. On the other hand, your audience will not be expecting you to start promoting financial services and thus you will lose credibility. Again, open another account if you want to promote products or services in a completely different niche.
While building individual relationships, use the bulletins, groups, forums and comments to subtly expose your product or service to the community. Only use the messages t communicate with people on a personal level until you feel you have built a strong enough rapport to present your offer.
The guidelines I’ve shared above will ensure your success in the world of social networking. Never forget that you are in business and present yourself accordingly for maximum profits. Now get out there and start profiting.
