For calls from the US to other world destinations, there is a nominal per-minute rate applicable, which is well below what you would pay to your landline service provider. For example, for a minute’s call to Mumbai (India), you need to pay only US$0.17; for a call to the UK, it is as low as US$0.04 per minute.

Recently, broadband phone provider, Vonage was rated the biggest single online advertiser, serving in the United States. Companies providing VoIP solution related services, such as Vonage are quickly expanding to meet the future demands of the telecommunication world needs for efficient and cheaper ways to communicate whether it may be from home or business.

Vonage has spent enormous amounts of their advertising budget dollars towards branding their VoIP Solution system. Vonage who is viewed as the leader of marketing still clings to its “Woo Hoo” song to grab the attention of millions of prospective service users. Vonage offers two basic plans to choose from, with their unlimited local and long distance service starting less than $25 a month for the end user.
